Print Design for the in-house CX team at Qantas

Designed as a pocket guide for the internal CX team to circulate, strategise and lead in customer experience. Working closely with the in-house team, a number of prototyping sessions were undertaken to identify the critical content for maximum impact across the organisation. 
The intention of this take-anywhere pocket guide is to equip staff with the tools to create a comprehensive and immersive experience for their customers across all touch-points. 
This work was undertaken while working with Lead CX consultants at Future Reference
